Great experience with fun vibes
Had a blast at the bar both nights. The staff were super friendly, and the room was cozy with nice decor. Food was tasty, especially the dinner deal we got. Breakfast was kinda meh for the price, though. A bit more vegan options would’ve been awesome, but overall it was a chill stay with good facilities.

The Double Room was comfy enough, and the bed felt great. It was clean, which I really appreciate. We had a bit of an issue with a leak at first, but they were super quick in moving us to another room, which was nice. not bad at all for a quick stay, and the Starbucks in the lobby is a cool perk.

We had a fun time exploring the Black Country Living Museum and grabbing a bite at Bella Italia. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna was a nice way for me to relax afterward. It would’ve been helpful to know about the pool hours during check-in, but overall, we had a great stay! 😊

Had a lovely, clean room that was super comfy. Spencer at the bar was a gem! It was refreshing to see the hotel's new changes since my last visit.
But darling, half the lights were out! It felt like a travelodge auditioning for a pub role.

great room but long queues for dinner
The double room provided ample lighting and a comfortable bed with an impressive view. The shower was hot, and the bathroom decor added a nice touch to the overall experience.
There were long queues to order dinner, which could be improved.
